RETURNS
We believe in providing the highest quality products and are focused on each of our client's satisfaction. So if you are unhappy with your purchase, complete the Concierge form and we will gladly assist you.

For in stock items, we will accommodate a 14-day return window from the date of purchase. Due to the nature of made to order pieces, those items will have a smaller window of 7 days from the date of purchase.

To minimize the carbon footprint — prior to purchasing, please use the provided detailed measurements of each product to help you make the best sizing choice. Note that a restocking fee will incur for all returns.


EXCHANGES
If there is an error on our part (due to wrong size, garment damage, etc.), please complete our Concierge form and we will assist you. Exchanges will be accommodated on a case by case basis.

CHARLIE JON DON will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered for any reason. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.

If an exchange is permitted, item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached and in their original packaging. Orders refused or returned as undeliverable when sent to the address provided by the customer will result in a restocking fee.

SHIPPING
In an effort to combat waste and to be as environmentally conscious as possible, a majority of our products are currently made to order. Please allow 6-8 weeks for these orders to be shipped. 

In stock products will ship in 1-2 business days upon purchase. All orders are shipped from of Los Angeles, CA.

CHARLIE JON DON is not responsible for paying additional VAT charges for customs clearance. All customs is separate from the shipping cost and is out of our control. We cannot lower the value of orders to avoid potential customs. 

CHARLIE JON DON is not liable for delayed, misplaced, stolen, or damaged packages during shipping. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen/lost packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply. but evidence must be recorded.
